Go over to Southeast Asia and you’ll find a delicacy made from the swiftlet bird. It actually is a nest that the bird makes from its own saliva.

Yes, there are people in this world that eat cat. Just remember this, it may not be chicken when you think you’re eating chicken.
I have no clue who thought this was a good idea. But, it’s hardened blood and people like to eat it with a touch of steak sauce.
Cods Sperm Sac
Someone studied cod long enough to notice that the sperm sac might be a good taste. So, they cook it up or eat it raw. Not really sure.
I can say I’ve actually seen this on the menu. A friend ordered it and it came out looking like chicken nuggets. We all had a try and it was pretty good.
Again, there are people who eat dog. All I have to say is that if you think you’re eating beef, it may not be beef.

You would not believe that there is an industry for eating mud. Mainly in Haiti where some people can’t afford anything else.
Potentially Deadly Pufferfish
Seriously if the cook doesn’t know how to make it, eating the pufferfish can kill you. Choose the right restaurant or order something else.
It can be good eating if you know how to cook. Catching it is the hard part.
They call them 100 or 1000 year eggs. Actually they only sit in clay, ash and quicklime for a few months until the yolk gets nice and slimy.
Rotting Carcass of Shark
Why not? Why have the shark when it’s fresh out of the sea? Why don’t you wait until it rots on a hook? It has to be better after being up there for a few days.

You know, because we don’t eat enough of the cow. Steak – good. Hamburger – good. Let’s try the feet.
Got to get that protein anywhere you can get it. So what if it makes your breath smell bad?
This is actually from any kind of animal you can find. Don’t worry about it. When you get the stomach lining, the animal won’t need much else.
One time, I was looking at a tuna and I thought, “Where’s the eyeball?” Now I know what they do with it.
